The One Central Entertainment District is the gateway to downtown at the corner of First and Central Avenues. One Central is a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) that features an Albuquerque Rapid Transit Stop (ART) and close proximity to the Rail Runner and Amtrak Station.
The Development features 68 market rate modern apartments, 44,000 square feet of street level entertainment and retail and over 20,000 square feet of patio space.
Always an issue in downtown Albuquerque, parking has been addressed with the inclusion of 423 covered, secure spaces.
The One Central Development Team is led by Mosher Enterprises. The design of the project was developed through the collaboration of SMPC Architects and Studio Southwest Architects. Klinger Constructors, LLC was the General Contractor.
The project supports the broader expectations of the City of Albuquerque’s plan for downtown revitalization where new development contributes to a downtown economy and vital sense of place that is diverse, sustainable, and full of opportunity.
