REDW Corporate Headquarters

Albuquerque, New Mexico
The REDW corporate office building is located in the heart of the Journal Center’s business park. The design team was a collaboration of Dekker Perich Sabatini and SMPC. SMPC took the design lead for the interior architecture and worked closely with the REDW leadership to create a contemporary office setting that provides an adaptable interior environment for team members and their clients. Designed to support and delineate the areas of services REDW provides to multiple industries, spaces are configured to achieve an appropriate balance of focus and interaction. To support REDW’s initiatives for energy conservation, quality of life, and responsibility to the environment, the design team selected building systems that incorporated water and energy conservation strategies, renewable energy sources, and materials with recycled and renewable content. Awards: NAIOP Awards of Excellence, Eagle Award, Private Development
