Located along a ridge of the historic St. John’s College campus, the new residential center relieves the compact condition of the existing dorm facilities. The architectural design of the center is a blend of regional and modern classic expression. Interior common spaces provide a rich and warm residential experience with high wood-beamed ceilings and large windows that frame expansive landscape views. Working alongside design architect David Perrigo, the new facility seamlessly integrates into the traditional campus character while serving as a model of environmental responsibility.
