Associated General Contractors Building

This is a modest remodeling of the AGC building originally constructed during the middle of the last century. The work involved updating the interior finishes and reorganizing the plan for greater efficiency. The front façade of the building is moved into the 21st Century with a simple wedge of glass used to counter-balance the existing brick veneer. This simple dynamic contrast is intended to present a stronger curb-side image to traffic flowing along University Boulevard.
