Santa Fe Business Incubator

This design/build project with Sarcon Construction was a phase two addition to this non-profit corporation that nurtures growing businesses. It consisted of a 20,000 square foot single level mixture of office, service, and production spaces that enclose a central courtyard.

The Santa Fe Business Incubator spaces incorporate flexible features to meet the ever-changing needs and different requirements of various start-up businesses. The facilities also offer a wide range of support services such as conference and training rooms, mail and office services, common lobby and reception, lounge, library and resource room, telecommunications room, and storage.
