999 Central Building - Los Alamos

The 999 Central building is a three-story 24,726 s.f. mixed-use project in downtown Los Alamos. As the first structure built in the town core under the new planning guidelines, it is hoped that 999 will become a catalyst for the Los Alamos downtown revitalization. The building façade is designed to be playful, entertaining and aims to visually expand the streetscape adding excitement to both daytime and night time activities.
