Presbyterian Northside Hospital
This 108,000sf facility was to provide all services except obstetrics to northeast Albuquerque. The 120-bed capacity of the first phase was to be doubled in the future to produce a 240-bed hospital. A 30 chemical dependency unit, 7-bed I.C.U., and a large out patient department were included. The site was the North Campus of the Presbyterian Hospital System; master planned by SMPC. It includes a 60 doctor office building and a 120-bed convalescent hospital.
