This Master Plan and Conceptual Design proposes about 100,000 SF of area in three separate buildings on a 10 acre site, including a 1500 seat sanctuary, two story classrooms, multi-purpose facility, chapel, and both youth and senior activities. The main building cradles an outside terraced amphitheatre that focuses on a central plaza. The steeply sloping site is terraced for maximum utilization, and the main building is located on the lower flatter area with views across the arroyo to the Sandia Mountains. The phased plan includes a modest phase one building of approximately 10,000 SF with partial site development for 80 parking and buffer landscaping.
