Sandia National Labs

SMPC completed five projects in the late 1990’s through 2001 on a prime open-end contract.Currently SMPC is contracted to perform architectural services on three prime teams. The firm is a part of the Design-Build team of Summit Construction that has completed projects since 2001 at Buildings 750 TAOSMOB, 751 TAOSOB, 750 Addition and 752 TAOSGOB. Building 727 INSRC is presently under construction, nearing completion. SMPC is contracted under Merrick Engineering to perform architectural design services, and has completed two projects this year, including a preliminary design for the TRACE facility. The firm is also currently under contract to perform architectural design services as a part of the Design-Build team of MV Industries, with a project at Building 802 for the Department of Energy under construction.
