A well-earned recognition has been given to one of our own: Principal Emeritus Peggy Favour, IIDA, AIA has been honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award by the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) Southwest Chapter for outstanding contributions to the Chapter and the New Mexico design community. The Award is a testament to hard work and positive influence, recognizing achievement and celebrating a remarkable journey. Peggy served on the New Mexico Board of Interior Design from 2015-2023. She has been a member of IIDA for more than 15 years and has served on the IIDA Southwest Chapter Board as VP of City Centers (Albuquerque, Phoenix, Tucson, Las Vegas) from 2014—2018. At SMPC, her leadership has bridged disciplines and fostered lasting professional relationships.
