Carlsbad Ford

The design of the new Ford dealership in Carlsbad, NM was constructed using a a highly efficient and economical 100’ x 175′ pre-engineered metal building structure with ACM metal panel and stucco exterior.

The dealership was designed to conform to Ford corporate design standards. The 20,000 sf single story facility is situated on a five acre site, and includes fourteen service bays, eight with lifts, four w/wheel alignment. Amenities include covered outdoor parking, indoor showroom and administration offices, customer lounge, parts warehouse.
