Fiesta Kia

Fiesta Kia is a new car dealership, with sales floor, training and conference spaces, maintenance garage, and parts warehouse. SMPC provided site development, coordinated permit drawings, interior and exterior design per Kia Motors’ corporate branding specifications.

A large indoor showroom and customer amenities are embraced in the design. This 21,000 square foot facility opened February 2019.  HART Construction is the General Contractor.
